Holy Trinity College of General Santos City proudly hosts PRISAA GENSAN 2012 with the theme: “Our Passion for the Games”. Seven schools will participate in this annual meet, namely: Notre Dame of Dadiangas University, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, Mindanao Polytechnic College, Stratford International School, Golden State College, AMA Computer College and Holy Trinity College. The said event will have its opening on January 27, 2012 at Lagao Gymnasium.


Enrollment for 2nd Sem is On-Going

The HTC community is bracing for the 2nd semester enrollment SY 2011-2012. Students are expected to enroll between October 24th and November 8th. Also transferees from other schools are expected to enroll at HTC.

Teambuilding Session for SIFE and CBMA Student Council Members

A teambuilding session for members of the Student in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and the College of Business Management and Accountancy (CBMA) was held last October 18 at the newly-launched "violet" roof situated at the 3rd floor of the new building.

More than 15 student leaders actively participated in the event whose objectivesg focused on developing trust and enhancing communications between and among members. This activity was facilitated by Prof. Faustino Jerome Babate of the Babate Consulting.

Mr. Babate guided the group to a series of activities where he pointed out the importance of teambuilding as essentially a process involving participation, collaboration and nurturing of team spirit amongst the team members. This sense of team spirit is inculcated amongst participants in the team through interactive team exercises and group discussions.

Dean Danny Alfaras and Prof. Annabelle Linobo were generous enough to push through the activity before the semester is ending.

World Teachers' Day

The school community is one with the Filipino people in celebrating World Teachers’ Day last October 5th.

This was an opportunity to honor its teaching force of men and women who have made it their life’s work to educate the children, youth, and adults—sharpening their minds, shaping their values, and encouraging them to become dynamic and productive members of the city.

Today was historic moment for College when it hosted its 1st International Seminar on the theme, "Philippine-Indonesian Border Trade and Opportunities for SOCSKSARGEN" at the new CBDG Conference Room.

The event was jointly organized by the College's Center for Business Development and Governance (under Dr. Danny Alfaras) and Research Center (under Dr. Melissa Bautista).

Featured speaker was Misael Racinece, PhD Candidate in Asian Studies at the College of Asia and the Pacific, Australian National University, Canberra, ACT.


15 New Criminologists and 16 New Teachers For HTC

Holy Trinity College notched 15 passers from its graduates for the criminology program while the college of education produced 16 new teachers

Fresh From Queensland, Welcome Back Sir Rey!

Our College president is back from almost a month stint at Queensland, Australia.

Sir Rey Albano is one of the 16 private educators from Mindanao who were recipients for the Australian Leadership Fellows (ALAF) program of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET) which was made possible through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) scholarship.
