Holy Trinity College (HTC) Bridges Research and Policy for the SDGs! 

Our institution proudly participated in the 4th International Conference on Engineering, Social Sciences, and Humanities (IC-ESSU 2024), engaging in a vital cross-sectoral dialogue with researchers, international academic partners, and an NGO-affiliated research body (IFERP).

HTC presented innovative studies, including research directly analyzing the communication of local government organizations (Sangguniang Kabataan), reinforcing the role of academia in addressing real-world challenges. This engagement strengthens our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in fostering:

  • SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): By fostering collaboration among educational institutions and researchers across Mindanao;
  • SDG 4 (Quality Education): By promoting research-based learning and critical thinking; and
  • SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure): By encouraging innovation and the practical application of knowledge.
